"Collaborative Divorce - A Safe Place"

New Public Education Film is Now Live!

"Collaborative Divorce - A Safe Place" is a twenty minute film following the true life story of one couple as they proceed through their own Collaborative divorce. It is now streaming and available for viewing from the IACP website home page.

This is the first such film which features actual clients, sharing their thoughts, feelings and experiences in their own words. Cameras rolled through meetings with Collaborative professionals and poignant conversations among the clients. We think you will find it to be a powerful educational piece and hope that this resource will be useful to you as you educate members of the public, community leaders and others about Collaborative Practice. In order to protect its integrity, the film is not downloadable. So, we encourage you to provide a link to it on your own websites. Watch the film by clicking here.

A DVD of the film is available for purchase for use in your own practices. You may wish to use this tool as part of your intake process, share it with clients wanting to educate spouses and show it during your community speaking engagements. To order the DVD, click here.

Educating the public about Collaborative Practice is a priority for all of us. We hope that this new resource will help move us towards our goal of making Collaborative Practice a recognized option in every community.
